Account Deletion

You can delete your PixieCraft account at any time, directly from the app. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data when you do.
How to delete your account
- Open the PixieCraft app and sign in to your account.
- Go to your Profile tab, then open Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning, then tap Delete to confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately, you are signed out on all devices, and your profile is no longer visible to other users.
If you can't access the app
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request account deletion by emailing us at info@pixiecraft.art from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request and confirm by email.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the personal information associated with it, including:
- Your profile information (nickname, avatar, bio, email address, phone number).
- Your sign-in credentials; all active sessions are signed out.
- Linked sign-in methods (Apple / Google) are unlinked.
- Your posts, patterns, comments, likes, favorites, and collections are removed from public view and are no longer visible to other users.
What data we retain
Your account record is kept only in a deactivated form and cannot be used to sign in. We may retain certain information for a limited period where required for legitimate purposes, including:
- Transaction and order records (for example, purchase and payout history) as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Fraud prevention and security records necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.
- Legal compliance — information we are required to keep by applicable law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymized. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
